All rentals are reserved online only. Reservations will no longer be accepted at the City Municipal building or by phone.

that means the date has already been reserved for that location.***
Pavilion Rentals
Cost of Pavilions- $100 for Ontario or Springfield Township residents OR $125 for Non-Ontario or Non-Springfield Township residents.
- Available Pavilion Rentals are:
- Pavilion 1 (on the corner of Rock Rd. and Milligan Rd)
- Pavilion 2 (near the splash pad, playscape and band shell)
- Not for rent:
- Pavilion 3 by the ball fields will not be available to rent this year as it is reserved for City and Ontario Youth Sports Events only
- Pavilion between the splash pad and playscape is not able to be reserved. It is open to the public at all times
All pavilions have outlets, picnic tables, and charcoal grills.

Community Room & Senior Center Rentals
Cost of the Community Room or Senior Center- $150 refundable deposit and $150 room charge- You must be an Ontario or Springfield Township resident. Credit card used for payment must match address of Ontario/Springfield Township resident.
Our community room is located at 555 Stumbo Rd. and has a kitchen, tables, and chairs for 72 people maximum capacity.
Our Senior Center is located at 3777 Park Avenue West and has a kitchen, tables and chairs for 120 people maximum capacity.
