Sealed bids for Gasoline and Diesel Fuel for January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026 will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 2nd, 2025 by Adam Gongwer, Service-Safety Director of the City of Ontario.
Specifications may be obtained electronically from the Service-Safety Director. Download the packet or request a paper copy, available at the City of Ontario Municipal Building, 555 Stumbo Road, Ontario, Ohio 44906.
All bids should be sealed in an envelope, clearly marked: 2026 GASOLINE & DIESEL FUEL BID, the name of the Bidder, and include a CERTIFIED CHECK OR BOND on a solvent bank, in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
The City of Ontario reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Check or Bond on rejected bids will be returned promptly, and on accepted bids, the same will be retained until the contracts are consummated.
